Let the app guide you…
Using the app’s audio commentaries, discover the routes that are open to visitors, the most prestigious areas of the Palace, as well as the least explored corners of the grounds. There are audio, text and video bonuses for extra information.
You can add ‘favorites’ which help you return to the places you have selected.

Explore without getting lost …
Thanks to the interactive map, it’s easy to find services (Wi-Fi, toilets, restaurants, etc.) and places of interest in the Palace, the Gardens of Versailles (the Groves, the Orangery, Latona Fountain…), the Trianon Estate (Grand Trianon, Petit Trianon, the Queen’s Hamlet...) and the Park (the Grand Canal, the Royal Star...).

Using geolocation you can quickly see which services and places of interest are close by.

Planning your visit
Opening times, transport, advice, FAQ, etc. The app gives you the information you need to make the most of your visit and choose the best day to come, depending on the crowds and the programme of events.

Meh... at least it's free. This seemed like a pretty good app but after some use it really falls short. It doesn't allow you to simply enter the number for the exhibit you're looking for to get the audio narration, instead you have to select an exibit and scroll around a map. Also, while listening to audio narration playback stops when you turn off your phone screen and therefore it eats up more battery.

So bad. Doesn't accurately locate you so that it's hard to find the audio that matches the room you're in (made worse by the mediocre signs at the place itself). "Find your way there" function doesn't work. Audio for very few (random) locations in the gardens. Audio focuses on odd things about each room; more on the construction of the Galerie des Glaces, eg, than the events that happened there. Sends random notifications even when closed days afterward. Loses downloaded audio regularly.

The museum is really bad at signage and this app doesn't make up for that. There are many blocked paths that look open on the map and we almost missed seeing stuff because of it. Also, we went on a Fountain Show night and the app didn't state the correct closing hours for the bikes, boats and golf carts so we missed out on all of those. If you're going to offer an app, make it helpful or just put better directions on site.

What’s new

Fixed a bug that prevented the dialogue screen displaying the sculptures in the gardens of Versailles from closing.
